Scope of Service
For the duration of this service period, Tech Vanguard Solution will manage and execute the following:
- Social Media Strategy – Customized strategy aligned with the Client’s brand, audience, and goals.
- Platform Management – Day-to-day management of agreed platforms – scheduling, posting, and upkeep.
- Content Creation – Original written, graphic, and/or multimedia content per platform.
- Community Engagement – Monitoring and responding to comments and messages.
- Paid Advertising Setup – Campaign configuration and launch. Ad spend is the Client’s sole responsibility.
- Influencer Outreach – Initial outreach to relevant influencers. Influencer fees are borne by the Client.
- Brand Consistency Management – All content aligned to the Client’s brand guidelines and visual identity.
- Audience Growth Optimization – Organic strategies to expand following and reach.
- Monthly Analytics Report – One (1) performance report delivered at the conclusion of the Service Period.
- Promotional Flyer Design – Design and delivery of three (3) branded promotional flyers
Onboarding Requirements
The Client agrees to provide the following within 5 business days of signing:
